Dr. Oruçoğlu was born in Sakarya, completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Sakarya as well. In the university exam that he took, he got admission in the Faculty of Dentistry of Istanbul University and continued his 5-year basic dentistry education in Istanbul.

He completed his 4-year Endodontic education in 2003 after passing the exam in Selcuk University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Dentistry in 1999. He continued his duty as a specialist dentist in the same department for about 2 years.
